Phillips Road Bicycle ("women's" traditional frame with sloping down tube, but perfectly suitable as a men's bike)
Classic, collector's bike.
Barely used by the original owner. I am 2nd owner & just rode it once for 30 secs to see if everything works. Everything does work, needs a new seat.
Brand new tires and tubes. Comes with additional brand new tire (see pic)
Seat was dry & worn & the leather broke/tore.
The exact measurement is 55 cm center to top. Can be ridden by any person with a height of 5'4" to 5'10".
