This unit is built on a heavy aluminum diamond plate frame and includes an 80-quart stainless kettle with a high output burner and pilot light, allowing fast heat up and consistent batches.
The setup also includes a 24" × 34" sifting / cooling table with 1/2" holes and catch trays, allowing un-popped kernels to fall through while finished kettle corn cools and is ready for bagging.
A 12V automatic stirrer is installed on the kettle to help maintain consistent cooks with minimal effort. This helps prevent scorching and keeps batches evenly coated.
Easily removed with 2 bolts for hand stirring for that carnival feel.
