This is a mid-century Victorian style lamp. This lamp is beautifully painted in a magenta hue, with a "Courting Couples" center piece. It has a white rope collar and 22k gold gilded swan-neck handles. This lamp is inspired by 18th-century imagery. It is topped with a pleated, off-white fabric shade, which may not be original. The lamp stands 23" tall, with the shade and 17" wide at the base of the shade. It is in great vintage condition, but may have some light signs of wear consistent with its age and use.
