Over the decades I have accumulated numerous pairs of these ranging from top of the line brands to bottom of the barrel brands.
I have several pairs I’m letting go.
I believe they are all spring return. Some are reversible. All are in excellent condition and functional.
The one pictured is the budget brand but the others are very similar.
These come in handy for arts/crafts, jewelry making etc. too!
