No need to have your BMW or Mini or Rolls-Royce towed for diagnostic & programming work.
I am able to diagnose & program most BMWs and Mini Cooper for a fraction of what the dealership charges. I only use BMW factory & dealership level software such as ISTA+, ISTA-P, INPA, WINKFP, & NCS Expert.
