Outdoor Elements is a rapidly growing high end landscape maintenance, hardscape and pool company located in northwest Houston. As we continue to grow, so does our need for talented, hardworking people. We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Representative to assist in our general office support. This position will be full time, Monday thru Friday, 40 hours a week.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and cost accounting.
Ability to run and interpret financial reports.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
Working knowledge of Construction schedule of values and progress invoicing.
Ability to process statements and collections.
Ability to communicate with Customers.
Excellent phone and communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel.
Strong Organizational skills and ability to keep others organized.
Ability to multi-task.
Able to stay focused and on task.
Disciplined and able to function in a busy and fast paced environment.
Self-starter with the ability to solve problems.
Punctual and efficient work.
This is a salaried position with benefits optional after a probationary period of 90 days.
