I am looking for a Accounting Assistant to work part time or Full time. We own and manage real estate.

The following will be the daily functions.
1. Making sure that All rent and A/R money has been received.
2. Manage Office tasks and organize office
3. Show Tenant spaces and look for Plumbers, roofers, etc.
4. Need a car that works and needs to come into office at 7457 Harwin Drive.
5. Prefer Bilingual but not necessary
6. Prefer prior experience but will train the right candidate
