As an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for management.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee record management.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits.
• Support the team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Trustworthy with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of real estate or lending industry is a plus but not required.
