Lucas Automotive is right down the street so i decided to try it out. I walk in and there’s Craig,G.M., he greets me with a smile and a handshake gets all of my info and 411 on whats going on with my car, right off he knew what the problem was and said it would be no more then 2 hours. This I thought was very impressive but what blew me away was him actually asking if I needed a ride home or if i needed to go anywhere else. Of course I chose to go home! 1 1/2 hours later,ring, Its Craig letting me know my car is finished and someone would be out to pick me up shortly. 5 mins pass by,ring, Its Craig again letting me know that my ride is outside. I get back to the shop and my car is parked up front nice and shiny, I pay and get into my car, it’s clean?(inside and out)A flower and thank you note on my dash? My god! A week later I receive a phone call from the owner asking if all the work was up to my expectations. The next week a thank you card in the mail. I will never go anywhere else
