Consultant will be responsible for identifying  and securing a data hosting site which meets strict requirements imposed by client, provide guidance on putting together a technical solution to capture, analyze, store and present aggregate data to customers, and insure entrepreneur has policies and procedures in place to meet the client’s requirements.<br>

Entrepreneur will have contract staff that need to access the secure solution to input data, and will need recommendations on methods for securing and/or encrypting data on the laptops that these individuals will be using in the field.  Consulting services will include the interpretation of client requirements, composition of entrepreneur’s policies, assessment and design of the technical solution for storing and presenting PHI data to customers, and the assessment and recommendations for securing the laptops for the field contract employees.<br>

We just bought licenses to a program called (SalesForce.com) to help us help market to client prospects and then to manage our client data.  <br>

We would also consider other CRM programs such as (Prophet or SAGE) if we found those served our client data needs better. We are looking for a CRM program that will allow us to import and manage existing prospective client data (in excel form).  We would then customize the program to include various other client data.  FYI.  (SalesForce) allows this feature.  After the client hires us, we then want to manage that client data  (we need to make notes and keep track of certain impo. due dates).  We are Texas State tax consultants and our jobs involve clients that are under Texas State Tax audits (sales Tax, Liquor Tax, Business Tax, etc.).  We need this program to help market to clients and then once the client hirees us, to then manage and keep track of the job until it is complete.  <br>

2.  Excel and Word experience is needed.  <br>
3.  Prefer you dont live too far away and have a dependable car.<br>
4.  Ability to also assist the tax consultants with general data inputting of data into mostly excel spreadsheets.<br>
5.  We would hope that person would also be handy with computers (for example, you could help us when annoying boxes pop up  in our email programs). <br>

Requirements<br>
• Five years PC-related training experience required, prefer training experience in law firm environment.<br>
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.<br>
• Thorough understanding of training techniques on Microsoft Office Applications (certification preferred).<br>
• Prefer experience with Document Management applications and familiarity with legal document processing, legal terminology, legal procedures.<br>
