Job Description
This position requires taking a consultative approach to sales. You must have the ability to sit down with clients/prospects and qualify which advertising options will be most effective for their business, in turn earning them a great return on their investment. The ability to hunt and develop new business, as well as renew and up sell an existing account base is a must.
70% new business development / 30% account management of an existing client base
Make 20+ field cold calls per day
Set 10-15 appointments per week
Close 5+ deals per month
Work within a protected sales territory
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required with equivalent outside sales experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of OUTSIDE sales experience
High energy, enthusiastic and money-motivated
The ability to develop new business, renew existing business and up sell current clients
