• POSITION SUMMARY: Supervisor is responsible for hiring and training all new sales reps and driving sales with the existing sales team. This position demands an experienced and motivated hands on professional who can lead by example (To Run In Home Sales Appointments, Ride with and Train Sales Personal) and set a fast and high performance pace. Capable of understanding the company's objective and setting up the required ten step in home closing program for the products we market. Knowledgeable at developing and assembling proven effective in home sales manuals designed to close each door in the presentation for each product offered.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Only applicants with a 3 year minimum of successful sales management experience, and 5 years leading outside in home sales closing experience who has been trained using the proven ten step sales model designed and perfected by industry leaders such as Home Craftsmen, Pace Setters, Texas Insulators, Sears, Dixie Home Crafters, etc., with a consistent 40% minimum closing ratio will be considered for this position.
