I am a 35 year old employed female with a vehicle, no criminal record, no children and no pets. I am searching for an unfurnished room with a private bathroom (I am not flexible on this, sorry!). I have no living/dining room furniture, however I will need something a little larger than a 9'x 9' room. I don't smoke and would prefer not to live in a house where there is smoking inside. I don't mind well behaved pets and/or kids. I'm a very quiet person and tend to keep to myself the majority of the time. I almost never have company, but don't want to get into a situation where it is "forbidden". I have no desire to be dragging random strangers though the house, but would like to be treated as if I have some common sense in a house where I contribute my fair share of the bills. I'm not a partier and wouldn't really mesh well with a party house. I am willing to spend up to $600 per month depending on the accommodations and whether or not bills are included. Please have a washer/dryer available, and internet because I would likely die without it. I'm mainly interested in a place that's an easy commute to BW 8 and 290, which is where I work. I would rather not get into a lease but that is negotiable.
