General duties will include, but not limited to: Document reproduction and management, supply inventory maintenance and control, routing and re-routing of all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes,  file and document retrieval, and a host of other general duties as assigned by supervisor and attorneys.<br>
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<br>
Applicant must be professional, have at least 2 yrs experience working in an office environment (legal preferred) and some experience in document reproduction and management.  Some college hours would be beneficial. <br>

The administrator will fall under the responsibility of the markets Director of Operation, but will report directly to the Human Resource Coordinator and VP of Finance.<br>

Job Responsibilities:<br>

•	Responsible for all Human Resource related functions including (but not limited to) employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.<br>
•	Assists the hiring process by reviewing applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, verifying the accuracy and completion of new hire paperwork, and ensuring that the paperwork is completed in a timely manner.<br>
•	Verify hiring advertisements, negotiate pricing within set budgets, and post all employment opportunities. <br>
•	Facilitate and monitor training conducted by all departments and ensure such training is in accordance with company policy and procedures.<br>
•	Administer and explain company benefits to employees.<br>
•	Process and monitor overtime, vacations, leaves of absence, sick pay, status changes and insurance benefits.<br>
•	Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation.<br>
•	Communicate with HR department regarding general liability claims, auto accidents, and employee accidents and/or injury.  Follow strict company procedures in regards to these incidents.<br>
•	Assist employees with the use of HR Online, Common Drive, EAS Intranet, and the correct usage of HR/Accounting documents.<br>
•	Maintain Human Resource / Accounting computer software programs and manual filing systems.<br>
•	Responsible for the preparation, scanning, and submission of customer refunds / reimbursements, vendor receipts / payment, and employee reimbursements, and any additional returned or received documentation for accounting reconciliations.<br>
•	Assists in the processing of payroll to include verification of time clock, accurate database entries, processing of employee payroll errors, and maintaining up to date knowledge of all payroll policies and procedures.<br>
•	Maintain daily reconciliation of customer’s installation status. Print and gather all previous days installation calendars, refer to database and quick book reporting features, and submit calendars and daily reconciliation logs to corporate.<br>
•	Collect all previous days customer’s checks from a secure drop box.  Deposit all checks received via Remote Deposit Capture, prepare bank deposit slips, and ensure the preparation of all payments for receiving.<br>
•	Print all Job Summary Sheets and Invoices forward to corporate accounting team as requested.<br>
•	Collect and file all Home Depot Customer Lien Waivers.<br>
•	Tracking and reconciliation of corporate credit card account expenditures. To include receipt recovery, documentation, and verification of purchases.<br>
•	Preparing inventory for reconciliation by logging product and non product materials, verification of counts, and reviewing inventory spreadsheets.<br>
•	Processing new vendor accounts and maintaining good vendor relationships by ensuring all accounts are in good standing.<br>

-	Input teachers names, social security number and advisory numbers into SASI<br>
