ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
Payroll Processing, Account Reconciliation & Analytical Review<br>
•Liaison between Payroll and Human Resources for both International and Expatriate payrolls.<br>
•Create, maintain and update “ReportSmith” reports.<br>
•Strong business process and technical payroll skills to ensure compliance with government regulations.<br>
•Audit payroll source documents against the “ALPAY016” report, including the impact of 401(k) loan deductions, benefit deduction changes, uplifts, State tax changes, Hypo tax deductions and other changes in ADP. <br>
•Coordinating the bi-weekly reconciliation process (weekly timesheet lockdown, uploads to ADP system, and payroll processing to reconciliation).<br>
•Calculating and processing tax levies and child support claims.  Handle stop pays, stale dated checks and misc. research.<br>
<br>
Preparing Year-end Payroll Statements<br>
•Key participant supporting year-end preparation, processing and reconciliation of Form W-2’s.<br>
•Process and reconcile W-2 C’s as required<br>
<br>
ADP System Support<br>
•Work with CIM (IT) to support ADP pay group and Oracle process initiatives.<br>
•Maintain and monitor the ADP payroll system to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>
<br>
Internal Controls, Process Improvements<br>
•Learn, understand and enhance standardized documentation supporting key payroll processes, including system interfaces between ADP, Oracle and internal Timesheet systems.<br>
•Ensure compliance with current government regulations, provide process recommendations.<br>

Leadership and Problem-Solving<br>
•Assist Payroll Supervisor to assure authority, responsibilities and duties of each Payroll team position are clearly defined and communicated.<br>

POSITION REQUIREMENTS<br>
Education: Bachelor’s degree.  Degree in Finance, Accounting or business discipline preferred.  <br>

Certification: CPP certification is required.<br>

Experience: A minimum of five to six year’s experience in a multi-state payroll team.  Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience with a staff of 3+ employees.  Experience with Oracle is a plus.  Experience with ADP Enterprise / PayForce.<br>

The position of Human Resources Manager plans, implements, and oversees compliance with human resources policies and functions such as employment, compensation, benefits, workers&#65533; compensation, training, employee relations, and communications. <br>

Specific responsibilities include: <br>

* Submits bi-weekly property payroll and handles all payroll processes <br>

Qualifications<br>

1.  2-4 years of experience in benefits or related benefits administration experience,  preferably in a health clinic.<br>
