- Very important: I like to do my laundry often, so I would like a Non-coin-operated washer/Dryer in LIKE NEW/GOOD CONDITION inside the apartment itself (literally inside the apartment, not just in the complex)
- NO pets (no pet policy) previously in the apartment. I am severely allergic to animal hair/fur and am scared of associated mites/lice/fleas.
- Non-smoking apartment (room, kitchen, bath, etc... the whole apartment 1 bed/1 bath must be smoke-free)

LEASE TERMS
- Month-to-month, or 6 month lease minimum

LOCATION
- Inside the 59 loop, preferably near Rice University (or my other choices are Galleria, Medical Center)
- Apartment is within 3 blocks walking distance to a bus stop, preferably one that leads to Baylor College of Medicine (1 Baylor Plz, Houston TX 77030) because that is where I will be commuting daily and on Saturdays.

COST
- Rent with electricity/water/gas to be no more than $600 - $675/month (preferably with internet included, but still let me know of my options without)
- Preferably NO deposit, especially since I plan to move this week, this is an advantage to the landlord since he/she would be getting the rent check sooner - I want the deposit can be waived, and if I need to provide my past credit history and/or confirming that I consistently pay rent on time (for example, by contacting my previous landlords) I would be happy to do so. I don't have any pets and am non-smoking, and I don't drink alcohol so no drunken parties or messes. I am a student at Baylor College of Medicine, can provide my student ID and all other materials (driver's license, etc) for verification.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- I don't want to have to pay any kind of "application fee" unless absolutely necessary, I can provide a verifiable credit report if need be - My MasterCard credit card records indicate I have ALWAYS paid my bills on time, I do not have any kind of interest accumulated since I pay my bills on time.
- NO insect or flea or bed bug or spider or other insect (cockroach) problems or sightings, this is very important
- NOT furnished with a bed/mattress, I am scared of previous tenants' bed bugs or other problems, lice, etc...

A home near Stanford University in Mountain View, CA, home of Google. 40 minutes from San Francisco (a beautiful drive down the 280). 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, Ca. Mountain View is the home of Google. It is Urban-Suburban. We live across the street from an awesome large park with a great playground. We are very close to a huge Six Flags, Nasa, a junior zoo, Santana Row(a really nice shopping area). Beaches are an easy drive and a scenic one. We are also very close (7 minutes) to good trails in the mountains, though we live in a residential area of the city. There is good mountain biking and hiling there. There are also wineries nearby. Stanford is about 15 minutes away. Look up Mountain View.
Our house
1 large master w/ bathroom
1 guest bedroom
1 small baby nursery
1 main bathroom (so 2 baths total)
1 Den with a plantation bench that has a mattress on it, and can sleep a child or an adaptable, shorter adult.
Living room also has sofa sleeper just in case.
Nice big backyard.

I’m not really sure how I can swing this but I thought I’d try posting something to see what I can find.

My fiancé and I are looking for a House with at least a 2 car garage or some area to park three cars (we have our two cars and an extra truck), at least 2 bedrooms, somewhere we can consider home and a place to live at for quite awhile! I am a full time student and he does have a full time job! We have never given our landlords any problem and we have great references as well as GREAT renter’s history.

My only downfall in trying to locating a home that would suit us well is
• My fiancé likes to work on his race car at home. ((If we can not find a neighborhood that will allow him to do this I’m sure I can talk him into seeing if he can find some other place to work on the car at.)) He doesn’t like to ‘trash’ up the garage (he gets mad if he can’t find something so he takes better care of the garage than most would) haha! So, I can assure you that the garage would not be trashed out and he doesn’t like to work on it at night (he is really thoughtful of our neighbors)!
• I do have two inside cats, a pug (she is usually in her cage) and an outside dog. All of our animals are CLEAN and potty trained! I really don’t like to smell like we live in a litter box!
• Lastly, we don’t really have a timeframe to ‘get’ into a new house. I am just browsing! I would say we are looking for a place in February or March (ish)!

Don't have my dog with me right now, but would like for that to be an open possibility. She's BIG which means mellow in the dog world. She is exercised daily, doesn't bark, chew or jump on people and has had obedience training. Cleaning is a favorite pastime, I know how to swing a mop.

I'm a 33 year old single mom of an almost 7 year old son. We have been living with family on and off for the last 2 years. Just this past September 23, I was a victim of domestic abuse by my ex-boyfriend and had to press charges and put his butt in jail. Unfortunately, he plead guilty and was only given 60 days (what a slap on the wrist!!). In county jail, they only have to do half their time, so he was out in 28 days. He has officially been released from jail and I'm terribly afraid for our lives. We live only 4 miles from him and at any point he can jump on the city bus and come down here. I do have a protective order for my protection. In case you didn't hear me the first time, I'm deathly afraid of this man and need to move away where he can't find me. He definitely does not have all his oars in the water, so I could move just 5-10 miles away and he wouldn't be able to find me. But as long as I'm here with family, he can find me.

I'm one of the most honest people you will ever meet. I do not have any kind of criminal background and can provide references as to my cleanliness and my overall character.

I've contacted the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund through the Attorney General's Office and filled out the appropriate paperwork for some kind of help. They do have assistance for relocating, I'm just not sure how all that works. I'm currently looking for a full time job, but haven't had any luck so far. I'm praying everyday for a good job. I have been on several interviews and have applied with numerous staffing agencies to help me with my search.

My son is my life and I need to keep him safe from this idiot. I do not have the best rental history and cannot get an apartment due to it. I'm looking for something INDIVIDUALLY OWNED or a garage apartment situation. I'm not interested in renting a room or becoming a roommate. I've had my share of those and it never worked out well.

I'm open to any/all offers at this point. I just really need some help until I can get back on my feet!!
