FREE2RUN Group Training was developed to offer calisthenics (exercise) and running training to anyone who wants to get in shape.
Classes held
Mon-Fri 5am-6am.
Mon-Thur 6am-7am.
Tue and Thur 6:30pm-7:30pm
Sat. @ 7am.
Meet by the wooden plank stretching area near tennis courts.
Workouts are $5. per visit. or $80. a month (that's 12 sessions per week).
