Last minute move and I have a white metal futon for sale in good condition. It has been gently used and has minor scratches. Folds down as a twin size bed. Mattress pad is black, but I have a handmade off-white cover that I am willing to throw in.

I live on the third floor and the furniture is pretty heavy and will need at least two people to move.
