Steven D. Bell & Co. is currently recruiting for a part-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Woodtrail Apartments in Houston. This individual will work approximately 20 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities will include interfacing with prospective residents at the community, handling day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinating the renewals of existing leases. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant will be providing excellent service to all residents, prospects and visitors to the community, effectively leasing apartments in accordance with budget guidelines, following Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents, and conducting outside marketing.
We are seeking individuals with strong customer service and/or sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Leasing experience preferred, but not required. Spanish speaking skills also a plus.
