We are a new and still developing website. We have a concept that is pretty unique and we think can do big things. I have developers in place but what I really need now is someone to oversee the entire development process with a major emphasis on the day to day functionality of the site, and even more of an emphasis on focusing on things like securing several rounds of funding as the days and months go by, and providing general input and council to a young up and coming company. The basics of what I need:

-You must understand web development, lingo, processes, and procedure
-You must be enthusiastic, and looking for a life changing type project that you can really dedicate yourself to
-You must have the ability to come up with plans and ideas to secure several rounds of funding (funding connections in the tech world would be a huge advantage)
-You must have the desire and enthusiasm for the project that will allow you to help steer the overall direction of the company

This is a position that can be started off in the short term as part time consulting but I expect it to evolve quickly into something more. I am looking for a partner in this company and part of your compensation would be an equity share (up to 15%) when certain company goals are met. If you want to get involved with a start up that has great potential, and that will allow you to say "I was there at the beginning" then this might be for you.

There is no starting salary for this position but there are incentives and bonuses involved when certain goals are met. And once we are in full business operations (which you will help us get to), there will then be a traditional salary and compensation involved in addition to equity partnership considerations.

Again, I will not entertain any responses from prospects that do not have any web development/management experience, and do not have any ideas or experience in securing several rounds of funding. I'm looking for someone educated and mature, and who is willing to understand the end game big picture and is willing to be patient enough to help get us there.
