I am looking for a native French speaker to practice my French. The ideal person would be educated and have some basic knowledge of working in an office in France.
My background: I have a Bachelor's in French and a Master's in French translation. I lived in France for several months in 2002 and in Geneva, Switzerland for several months in 2006. My French is pretty good, but I would like to work towards becoming a near-native speaker. In particular, I would like to learn some business terminology and how to speak properly to French clients through e-mail, over the phone and in person. I also need to work on learning idioms and slang and improve my overall skills (oral, listening, reading, writing).
We could meet once or twice a week at a public place for an hour. I can pay the full amount in cash at each meeting. I live in Huntsville and am willing to travel as far as The Woodlands.
