We support our utility clients by developing cost-effective programs that target the residential, commercial, institutional and industrial sectors, leveraging our experience in energy efficiency, demand side management (DSM), emissions and greenhouse gas reductions, environmental conservation, renewable energy, and energy resource acquisition.<br>

Position Summary: Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.<br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. <br>
•	Manages and ensures delivery of contractual program requirements and services, including benchmarking, master planning, outreach, training, and communications support, among others. Services will depend upon program design.<br>
•	Production analysis and production forecasts for both manpower activities and resultant energy reduction goals<br>
•	Establishing project budget, analyzing actual results and re-forecasting accordingly<br>
•	Properly tracking project financials<br>
•	Billing and payments from client<br>
•	Financial and data security policy adherence<br>
•	Oversees all quality assurance and control efforts<br>
•	Responsible for maintaining inventory control systems<br>
•	Submits monthly “state of the program” report to client and CLEAResult management<br>
•	Management of staff delivering energy reduction goals and other contractual requirements<br>
•	Establishes individual performance goals for staff<br>

- Excellent communication skills (aural, verbal, written – both formal and

5-10 years experience preferred in similarly sized and complex organization with a significant background in management of a similar sized staff and staff leadership/organizational development.  Experience in political and legislative affairs and public relations.  Leadership in a membership-driven organization desirable.  Coalition-building skills.  Experience dealing with operational issues, includng staffing and budgeting for campaigns and/or projects.  Experience exercising financial controls to spend in accordance with a budget.  Commitment to serving the Board, membership and the vision of the organization.  Should be able to think strategically and to develop plans that meet strategic objectives.  Ability to envision long-range ramifications of decisions.  Must be able to exercise a high degree of judgment.  Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadline conditions.  Must be committed to social justice. 1. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.<br>
2. Analyzes shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices orders and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.<br>
3. Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving to storage and work areas.<br>
4. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.<br>
5. Plans layout of warehouse<br>
6. Studies records and recommends actions for reported non-usable, slow moving and excess stock.<br>
7. Reviews inventory records for accuracy of information and compliance to established procedures.<br>
8. Responsible for meeting schedule, cost, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals.<br>
9. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.<br>
10. Maintains use of employees time and production records.<br>
11. Confers with other managers to coordinate activities of individual departments.<br>
12. Responsible for training and evaluating subordinates to optimize their performance and their personal and professional growth.<br>

Job Summary <br>
The Sales Manager is responsible for communication to, expectation setting for and ongoing coaching of independent and employee designers. They are responsible for ensuring that the expectations of unique channels are adhered to by field affiliates. Areas of accountability include but are not limited to, coaching for performance, identifying opportunities for development and learning, sales/leads, individual and area performance and area budgets. <br>

Essential Job Functions <br>

• Develop, mentor, motivate and coach a client focused design and sales team <br>
• Ensure continued development and appropriate education of independent and employee designers; building business, product and client management skills <br>
• Increase business planning and account management skills within your team <br>
• Assure sales growth <br>
• Monitor sales to leads rates and coach to reduce errors. <br>
• Provide monthly feedback with designers by coaching them to recognize individual skills development opportunities and resources <br>
• Liaison to channels and corporate management. <br>
• Collaborate to identify opportunities and acquire/leverage resources to execute business objectives <br>
• Implement strategic business plans and other objectives assuring delivery and outcome within your area <br>

Education and/or Experience <br>
<br>
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in area of specialty (Business Administration, Retail Management or other related field) <br>
• 2+ years experience in Sales Management <br>
• 2+ years experience in Commission Sales <br>
• 2+ years experience with proficiency using common computer applications (excel, word, power point) <br>

BASIC FUNCTION<br>

This position will manage renewable energy installation projects for residential homes, commercial buildings, non-profit and public works projects.  The Project Manager is responsible for all activities including planning, technical coordination, permitting, procurement and construction contracting, and installation.  Additionally, responsibilities include managing projects to an established budget and schedule and comply with required safety and quality standards.  The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the customer after the contract is handed over from Sales to Operations.<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES<br>

•	Develops the project plan to ensure that the company delivers the project on time, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.<br>
•	Manages the performance of the project to approved work scope, schedule, cost estimate, quality and safety standards.<br>
•	Defines project resource requirements, team member responsibilities and monitors individual performance and work quality.<br>
•	Provides design knowledge, technical oversight or coordination of technical support as defined within the project scope.<br>
•	Approves all project related expenditures as authorized and manages costs to meet budget commitments.<br>
•	Contracts and/or coordinates all design and engineering services, equipment procurement, on-site construction and installation services.<br>
•	Coordinates and supervises all on-site construction, installation, and customer service activities.<br>
•	Maintains project schedule based on construction and installation progress.<br>

QUALIFICATIONS<br>

This position requires:<br>

•	One (1) plus years of project management experience in solar or wind installation projects or<br>
•	Two (2) plus years in residential or commercial construction management or<br>
•	A four-year degree in construction management, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with one (1) plus years of experience in construction management.<br>

Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, handle confidential information and work on multiple assignments or projects.<br>
<br>
Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferable but not required.<br>

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS<br>

30% to 50% within assigned region.<br>

COMPUTER SKILLS<br>

We are looking for a manager for our Houston branch. This position reports directly to District Manager, and works closely with T&C administration support team. Candidates will be responsible for daily Branch operations including responsibilities for sales, staffing, procurement, inventory control, security of company assets, marketing, P&L, finance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. <br>

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  <br>

* Review with District Manager the branches aging report<br>
* Works with CFS department to minimize bad debt write off<br>
* Manager will be responsible for continual improvement in Q12 employee engagement, Customer Satisfaction Survey, and CE11 Customer Loyalty. <br>
* Work with HR staff in all areas and functions on recruitment, new hire processing, counseling, performance evaluations, and wage analysis<br>
* Managing staff of branch facility and determining staffing needs<br>
* Maintains open, effective communication with Payroll, A/P, AR, General Manager, Sales Manager, District Manager, etc. to facilitate branch operations<br>
* Utilizes computer system, network, software, hardware, etc.<br>

Qualifications:<br>
* Prior experience in building products required<br>
* Minimum of 3 years management experience required<br>
