Jazzercise is the world's largest dance-fitness program. You'll dance to the latest music and be getting a great workout. Easy to follow directions by a professionally trained and certified Jazzercise instructor. Each class is 1 hour and includes a 6-8 minute warm-up, 30-40 minutes of aerobic activity, followed by a toning/strengthening routines with weights, and finally, a full-body stretch/cool-down period.
